MK STUDIO COPENHAGEN

1990 Unique mix wave cup size A2

€41,95

Our barista line cups have been designed to work in the toughest conditions of a busy café and restaurant. Thickened walls and greater weight at the base ensure stability and protect against accidental breakage or overturning and spilling the contents of the cup on the table. The MK barista mug has a specially profiled, rounded interior which helps to evenly distribute the foamed milk while creating Latte art. When creating our MK Barista cups, we wanted to go against boring traditional coffee cups made in the factory and give you the tool to serve the perfect coffee while maintaining our world-renowned A-cup design. All our cups are handmade in Copenhagen at MK STUDIO

  • Each piece is unique

We are making Hand-made dinnerware. Each piece is unique with a distinct appearance. Small drips and holes on a surface are not considered as defects. Matt glaze makes each item unique. Scratches and marks will occur and they are not considered as defects. Color may vary depending on firing temperature and glaze composition.

  • Food safety

All our ceramics are made with food grade materials, all our suppliers have all necessary EU certificates that indicates that.

  • Cleaning & Care

Unglazed porcelain surfaces, are sometimes susceptible to light stains, unlike glazed porcelain. Frequent washing can help remove and prevent staining. All our products can be placed in the dishwasher for daily washing and care. You can also place the item in a bowl of warm water with a detergent tab. Very stubborn stains and spots can sometimes be removed with diluted chlorine and lime remover.

Dark lines in the glaze (usually caused by silverware) can be removed by scrubbing with a sponge with dish soap and baking soda. Grease stains on matte glaze can be removed with baking soda and water.

If greasy fingerprints appear, rub the exposed porcelain with food safe oils, let sit, then clean with soap and water.

It is very important (and we highly suggest) that you let boiling water settle
(stop rolling/bubbling) before pouring it into a tableware item - especially a hand made piece. If the item is very cold to the touch, we also suggest pre-heating it with hot tap water. Pouring boiling water directly into a cool handmade cup, bowl or mug
may cause the item / glaze to crack.
