RETURNS AND DELIVERY

All prices in the EU include 25% VAT.

All deliveries are dispatched within 14 working days from the order date.

Changes to your order (product, size, color, address, or payment method) are not possible once submitted.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, or if something is missing, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo if applicable.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right:

  2. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us
  3. No restocking fee applies to EU withdrawal returns

We will refund the product value within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return shipment). Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as disclosed at the time of purchase.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, in its original unbroken packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Return shipping cost is covered by the customer
  • Items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse — please pack securely
  • Damaged or broken packaging or products cannot be refunded

Refunds

  • Refunds cover the product value only (excluding original shipping)
  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the return
  • Returned items must include all original documentation

WARRANTY

You have a 24-month warranty if a product is faulty. Submit your claim as soon as possible. If accepted, we will reimburse your reasonable return shipping cost.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  • A description of the issue (for warranty claims)
  • A freight receipt if requesting shipping reimbursement

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. We cannot modify original payments due to credit card security regulations.
