SHIPPING POLICY

Pricing All prices in the EU include 25% VAT.

Order Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed within 14 working days from the order date. Each item is quality-checked before dispatch — if a stock item does not meet our quality standards, we will remake it within this 14-day window. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination — please allow additional time for customs clearance outside the EU.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at webshop@mk-ceramics.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations Changes to your order (product, size, colour, address, or payment method) are not possible once submitted. You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched — contact us as soon as possible.

Customs & Import Duties If your country applies import duties, tariffs, or customs fees, you are responsible for these charges. Contact your local customs office for details before placing your order.

If a parcel is refused or undeliverable at the destination country because the receiver declines to pay applicable taxes, tariffs, or duties, the order will be returned to us in Denmark. In this case, the cost of return shipping back to Denmark will be deducted from your original payment amount during the refund process.
